Exchanges and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Stüssy direct purchase, then return it to us within 30 days from the date you receive the shipment. Please include original tags (still attached) and the original receipt. We will exchange the item or issue a refund for the original purchase price. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Items must be unused and unwashed in original packaging to receive full refund. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping or handling charges and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

*All sunglass and shoe sales are final- there are no returns on sunglasses or shoes. However, any sunglasses purchased through Stüssy direct will be fully covered under the Stüssy glasses warranty which guarantees against manufacturing defects for up to one year from the date of purchase. Please email eyewear@stussy.com with date of purchase, location of purchase, style number, style name, color and a description of the problem for more warranty information. Shoes are not covered under any Stüssy warranty. If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email info@stussy.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request but please understand that our order and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Any claims not covered by the above must be made within 60 days of the order date.
USA Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of California. The applicable tax rate is 7.75%. Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped to states outside of California.
USA Shipping and Handling
Stüssy direct ships to all 50 United States via UPS. The 48 contiguous states are shipped via UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air. Customers in California should always select UPS Ground since shipping transit time is usually 1-2 days. Alaska and Hawaii are always shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipping and handling fees are calculated on a per item basis and determined by item weight. Please note that UPS does not deliver to APO addresses or PO boxes. All APO addresses and PO boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail for the same shipping charges. Since these shipments are not trackable, Stüssy is not responsible for lost shipments to APO addresses or PO boxes.
If you live outside the USA, then please email info@stussy.com for more information. If you plan to use a credit card with billing address outside the USA, then please email info@stussy.com before you place your order. Customers who live in Europe should visit www.stussydirect.eu.
Orders are processed within 1-2 days of the order date (Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, not including holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders shipped via UPS Ground should arrive in 7-14 days from the order date. Orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air should arrive in 3-5 days from the order date. Any orders valued $500 or more must be shipped to the correct billing address provided. Also note that UPS does NOT deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Canada Surcharge
All orders shipped to Canada are assessed a 20% Canada surcharge. This surcharge includes GST, PST and all customs/brokerage fees. These fees are included in each order and paid for by Stüssy during the shipping process. The customer will not have to pay any additional shipping/customs/brokerage fees beyond the original invoice total.
Canada Shipping and Handling
Stüssy direct ships to all Canadian provinces via FedEx Economy. Shipping and handling fees are calculated on a per item basis and determined by item weight. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to APO addresses or PO boxes. All APO addresses and PO boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail for the same shipping charges. Since these shipments are not trackable, Stüssy is not responsible for lost shipments to APO addresses or PO boxes.
